Order Terms

  1. The order will be processed once the payment is completed. If the order could not be processed due to a technical issue, you can contact our Support page.
  2. The products ordered have the right to use for one site. It will not be used on more than one site.
  3. All products offer at least 1 year of guaranteed use. When the purchased product is installed on the site, the user has the right to use it for 1 year, even if the license period shows differently. This applies to products with a license period of less than 1 year.
  4. Since the products that can be ordered through the wptokyo.com site belong to different companies, wptokyo.com is not responsible for any technical problems or errors that may occur. The customer is deemed to have accepted this condition for the products to be ordered.

Delivery Terms

  1. Delivery of purchased products is made through the wptokyo plugin. The customer must download and install this plugin on his site from the activation process section on the My Account page and verify the activation code prepared for him. He will be able to install all the products he has purchased with the activation code he has verified once. If the wptokyo plugin did not work due to a technical error, we can request the administrator login details of the customer’s site to resolve this situation.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. The customer cannot download and use the purchased products directly. This is done through the WP Tokyo plugin and the activation code. When the customer completes their order, they must copy the activation code from the My Account page and paste it into the WP Tokyo plugin to verify it. Once the activation code is verified, the customer can install the products from the “My Purchases” tab.
  2. In case of any technical support related to the wptokyo plugin or activation code, the customer must share the username and password of an account in the administrator role of his site.
  3. The customer can only use the purchased products for one site. They cannot move these products to another domain name.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. If our customers have installed the product purchased for their site, they can use the 7-day trial right. Within 7 days, if he wants to return it, he must send us the WordPress login information of his site. Since the license right of the installed products will be used, these products will be removed from the site by us. In addition, the activation code will be deleted and will not be able to use the returned product. Payment refunds will be made within 3-7 days.
  2. If the customer has purchased a wrong product and wants to change it, he/she will share the administrator login information of his/her site with us within 7 days and the product will be replaced by us. In this case, it is deemed to have previously accepted that the wrong product will be removed from the site.
  3. In case of violation of the return conditions, we may prevent the customer from creating a new order on wptokyo. If the same user makes more than one return request within 30 days, we may consider it an abuse of our return guarantee and refuse the return request.
